Beijing based - A leading Real Estate Service Provider with an enviable client list is seeking an experienced Operations Director for their China business. Must have significant China experience with strong technical delivery.

Our client is a leading international service provider with offices throughout Asia. With an impressive history of service delivery within China and an established and growing Project Management business, they require a Director to lead and develop their China operations.

Based in Beijing you will work closely with each department head providing overall operational and strategic support, focusing solely on the China business. Prior China experience is essential for this role and candidates must have a strong knowledge of Project Management having worked for a consultancy or on the client side.

Core Skills:

At least 15 years of Project Management experience with corporate office fit out / mixed used commercial development.
Must have experience of at least one full cycle of a successful development project in China
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Strong people management skills
High attention to detail
University degree in Engineering, Architecture or Surveying
China experience essential
