Our client is a specialist Private Equity firm looking to appoint a new Manager to support the partners in identifying/evaluating/research on the asset class invested
by the Fund.
Job description
To conduct feasibility studies for asset class within the hotel industry and other
properties and sites.
Financial evaluations from a construction / developer / residual value perspective.
Pre-acquisition analysis to support the investment strategy of the company
Post acquisition analysis to assist the preparation of various exit strategies of the
investments of the Company for presentation to potential investors
Maintenance of regional data and assumptions database for use with residual and other
analysis – build cost finance cost, developers profit, sales price etc.
Playing an active role in the future development of the business and specific projects as
they occur.
Qualification
- Minimum university graduate
- Fluent in English/Mandarin will be a plus
- Mature/ independent
- 7 to 10 years experience
Candidates may have a background in engineering/consulting or research / advisory.
