Beijing based - A leading Real Estate Service Provider with an enviable client list is seeking an experienced Operations Director for their China business. Must have significant China experience with strong technical delivery.

Our client is one of the leading real estate service providers in Asia. With a global presence this firm has one of the strongest reputations for service delivery in the market. As the Project Management team continues to blossom, there is an urgent need for a Senior level Project Leader to be based full time in their KL office. Managing a small team, you will be given full responsibility for growing and leading the Projects department, whilst managing existing clients and developing new business leads.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities across Southeast Asia with a focus on Malaysia. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business. Researching, developing and creating powerful pitches that are profitable, achievable, add value for clients and have high internal support. You will also act as a support and mentor to the existing team, whilst working with the Head of Projects Asia, to identify specific areas in which to expand the business and team.

 Duties:

Act as an additional contact during project execution to ensure client relations are maintained to a superior level
Work in conjunction with the PM team to improve market share, clarify product offering
Identify specific opportunities and trends affecting the demand for project management services · Qualify and quantify market opportunities
Maintain excellent working relationships internally within the business to ensure all referral business opportunities are captured, evaluated and acted upon 
Ensure all Business Development activities within Southeast Asia are strictly co-ordinated
Work in cooperation with the Marketing team, to support efforts to make the Projects team visible and prominent
Successful candidates will already be working in a management capacity, but this may be in a more mid level role.
This role would suit a well presented, articulate and forward thinking Project Manager wishing to join a market leader and take their career to the next level in Asia.
